Do you have an audio mixer for the Live stream where you can adjust individual mic levels on the fly? Can you put a guy that can adjust the mic levels on the fly while watching the stream? Adjusting the master audio for the low level speakers means you have to lower it when the proper level speakers return.

Or run each channel through a software mix platform and add audio normalisation to each channel?
