Eve busting out of virtual desktop and going full screen

Since ages playing this game I have ran it in a virtual desktop smaller than my monitor's max resolution. This way I can move clients around when running both my accounts.

I just noticed last week after I click "Play" on launcher, eve switches itself to my first monitor (display 0) and goes full screen. Anybody else getting this behaviour?

change in scout cmd - WINE explorer /desktop=eveA,1920x1080 "c:\program files\ccp\eve\eve.exe"
in eve change to - windowed mode

Yeah well, I could just do that but that is not the point. Up until a couple weeks ago, Eve would keep itself confined to the virtual desktop size I set in either full screen or windowed mode. Now eve is RESIZING my virtual desktop, that never happened before.

On the other hand, it looks like Eve no longer crashes in windowed mode without virtual desktop, interesting...
