Many of them probably with eachother, too.

Thank you. I really needed to be reminded of that in the middle of my lunch break.

Odds are good that both sets of your grandparents also had sex.

Ponder that one over dinner later.

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.

Am I the only one that wouldn't really mind if they "cheated"? They made the game, they deserve to enjoy its perks. They don't have enough time to play as seriously as some people do if they're constantly sorting out bugs, developing new features, managing petitions etc. Cut them some slack?

Go look up the t20 incident before you make stupid comments like this again.

Sometimes it seems i'm the only person that actually knows that ... (about his grand-/parents)
... and doesn't really care about it in anyway, because there's really nothing to it.

Not the only one, either.

EVE is such a corrupt game in a good and obviously sometimes wrong way. CCP’s own corruption paved the way for the CSM and you would think they knew by now to be up front about it. If they caught an employee providing unfair advantage to an alliance then we deserve to know more and any preventative measures taken for the future. Being up front about such things builds real trust rather than leaving a lingering suspicion (which is what we have now.) I am trusting that CCP handled it to “some degree.”

It’s interesting to note that they are not immune to or in control (ideal) of the meta-game. It will need to be reigned in at some point and there are measures they could take to do so. Just like the introduction of PLEX, it’s time for a new feature to define it and kill the bullshit. I am thinking of some of the old political games that used to be on the market and how such features could be integrated. Anyway, it’s hard to teach an old dog new tricks so I figure we can expect a closed door cover up. lol.

Yeah, they handled it - the culprit is terminated.

Seriously, if you read the leaked log, you'll see that they told the CSM before they'd fired the guy. You can't, ethically, go ahead and announce these kinds of things before you've fired the dude. Giving teh CSM an advance heads-up strikes me as pretty aggressive transparency, in keeping with the ethical requirement to let the culprit learn of his termination from CCP, rather than from some random blog.

Nor should CCP make a gament-rending confession to the public - Low-key is the proper way to do these things, and I for one am not disturbed by their treatment of this.

They had an internal discipline problem, they told the appropriate people, and they took appropriate action. End of story.

Not before they investigate the facts of the matter. Otherwise this turns into a witch hunt.
Just take a look at media trials in the US as an example of something they're wise to try to avoid. Otherwise you'll have large numbers of people as we do now presupposing guilt or innocence without sufficient knowledge of the facts.
