How does one acces the HD livestream from Fanfest

I purchased the eve fanfest HD stream but I am yet to figure out how to acces it. I recived my confirmation email but can find no information on how to progess from here.

Having the same issue.. all i get is directed to buy a new ticket.. which i clearly dont want to do....

Okay I had somebody explain it to me. YOu need to log into your eve account then go to voucer copy paste the code into the coupon box then press the arrows in circles and you get to redeem it without putting in your credit card information.
