Both! One from the Factional Warfare, one from Concord (or other factions - though Sec status needed to get the police version would rock).

If not both, blinky light +1

+1

I really miss the flashing light, it's not the same without it. The skin can remain (prefer the old skin too though), but the flashing light is required.

I'm throwing my support for this as well. I can't stand looking at Navy Comets now (which partially the reason I haven't bought a new one)

I would also like to make two addendums to the OP:

1. change the Navy Megathron's color scheme back into what it once was (similar to the Navy Comet's).
2. Change the Navy Vexor's color scheme into something similar (seriously, there are too many camouflage schemes in the game... I HATE camouflage).

Camo in space.... all the navy factions could use a new paint scheme, camo is so dull and makes no sense. Checking out the line up of catalyst skins and you get an idea of how a paint job can really make a model stand out.

I'd say keep the bridge windows of the new skin, but make in blue/grey and bring back the flashing blue light.

Megathron Fed issue = best Megathron skin, so sad to see it only in like 3 peoples hangers.

Suggestion: FIRE THE DAMN MORONS IN THE ART DEPARTMENT WHO CAME UP WITH "GREEN SPACE CAMOFLAGE".

Err, wait. Not really that mad. Blink

But I would like the Comet back to the way it was, and a lot of orange on my Federation Navy ships. Green camoflage is gawd awful ugly, makes no sense, and is getting in the way of some of the coolest ship skins in the game.

In Bladerunner when the cop crafts take off, that was the feel I would get flying the original. Now I just feel like one of those deep sea fish with those awkward light thingies.

You get all that from just reading markings on a page? You must be a wizard.

They're called "angler fish".

Anyway, CCP has already said that since it's the Federation Navy Comet, it doesn't make sense for it to have civilian police markings and so it won't ever be happening. In the immediate next sentence, though, they said that there might be room in the ship lineup for a police-painted version. You should be asking them to release the police version instead of repaint the existing version.
