Mechanics of deployable bubbles

Scenario: I'm flying through null and come across a large bubble on a gate, but no hostiles. I would like to remove the bubble for the return trip. It will take yonks to destroy it, but only 4 minutes to unanchor it (Yes I do have the skills). Trouble is I don't have the cargo space to carry it.

1. Are deployable bubbles password protected or something. Or can anybody unanchor them?

2. Will I get an error message at some point during the unanchoring to say I don't have the cargo space or does it end up in a can floating in space (which I presume would be a lot quicker to destroy).

3. How long do deployable bubbles stay in space if they aren't unanchored. I presume 30 days like secured containers, but is there a way to refresh them if you want to leave them permanently up?

1. *might* be passworded. Can't remember at the moment
2. Unanchor will leave it floating in space
3. I doubt it'll last 30d -- someone (if not you) will make it boom.

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

1) Only you can unanchor it (if deployed for you only) or your corp mate can if deployed for corp
2) Sits unanchored in space for anyone to take
3) Someone will pop it well before then.

This is my gate. There are many others like it, but this one is mine. My gate is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life. Without me, my gate is useless. Without my gate, I am useless.

There is no time limit on them, however as others have pointed out, they don't last long in busy corridors before being destroyed.

In w-space some bubbles have been around for years, and were only recently recoverable / destroyable when they were given a signature strength so they could be probed.
