EVE TV at Fanfest – Schedule & FAQ

I've bought the HD Stream, but I can't recall receiving any HD Stream Codes. How does it work then?

I entered my code a couple days ago, now when I log into Twitch TV I show no subscriptions ???? What happened to my FanFest HD subscription ?

You will see the ship I received on contracts - a Hematos - but my code shows invalid now and I do NOT get a HD stream on twitch.

You can find your code stored in the Voucher Center, under the Services tab in Account Management. With it there is a list of instructions on how to actually activate the code.

If you have any issues with the code itself please be sure not to copy any blank spaces along with the code as this will invalidate it when you add it to Twitch, just remove those spaces and you are golden.

Are you certain that you entered your code on the Twitch site and validated it with your Twitch account? You should be able to find the code still in your Voucher Center so you can try going through the process again but if you have further issues you might like to try contacting Twitch directly http://help.twitch.tv/

I used copy n paste with no spaces - will not enter it - I also sent in an email to twitch first thing this morning - no reply there also.

This is turning into a nightmare and waste of a plex

Twitch didn't respond to my email about a security issue either - the default account creation page is on a non-HTTPS page, so your desired password is sent in cleartext across the internet to Twitch's server...

Their support is weak, and I am NOT spending another plex nor RL money to get the stream I paid for. I am upset this is not working as my code is invalid and Twitch has had a full day ( 8 hrs ) to reply and...nothing so I guess I will miss out on the HD stream here :(

If you purchased the fanfest stream through a contract you were scammed and the code is fake

Maybe I missed something here...
I purchased the package with PLEX and registered with Twitch.
How will Twitch recognize that I have paid with PLEX and allow me access to HD Stream?

I am a bit confused...

Ok...figured it out... would have been great for CCP to send instructions to those who purchased with PLEX on how to redeem the code for Twitch.

Then again, maybe this is how they will be able to save some bandwidth.

When i was still playing, you really noticed when you got an audience who didn't attend very often. They'd clap after every movement. Good training for the conductors arms, though... P

I paid for the stream (listed under account activity) and i have neither the code nor the other items for paying. I paid with plex and do not have a plex in my redeeming system either.

Yup thanks for the info to bad I missed the symphony though, I should have acted upon this before the last moment.

You can contact EVE support via petition or by sending an email to support@eveonline.com however some issues might require Twitch support. Please note that they also have a phone number listed on their support page http://help.twitch.tv/

Phew, good to hear I haven't missed out then. Really wanted to listen to this but I wasn't able to watch the broadcast. Is there any estimation on when will this be released?

So any Eta, its the main reason i bought the HD stream, work had me by the balls and wasnt able to watch it!

make it a DVD if you will, i just love symphony's and i could kill my boss right now that i missed it.
