Loan 5bil - 10% - 30 Days - Full Collateral (Finished)

Past loan has been a success and I am moving on to a larger one for more isk to be made.

Loan size: 5 Billion ISK

Minimum Investment: 200 Million ISK

Rate: 10%

Collateral: 2 Charons, 11 Hulks, and 1 Hyperion

Note - Charons, Hyperion, and 3 Hulks are in Jita. 5 Hulks are in Rens.

Start Date: 4/24/13

Maturity: 30 Days from start or sooner if enough ISK is made before then 5/24/13

If you pull out early you will not receive any interest.

Note - Multiple loaners are welcome

I'm a little concerned about your collateral amount (just a hair low) but I could fulfill this entire loan immediately. Let's talk in-game when you get a chance and we'll see if we can make this happen.

Per our conversation, I agree to the terms of a loan for 2 Billion ISK.

Collateral will be:

Charon x1
Hulk x3

30 days will start once contract is complete and the rate is 10%.

Thanks for taking the time to speak with me as well. I will be loaning you the remaining 3 billion ISK for the 30-day term at 10% interest and no early payment penalty.

Collateral will be 1x Charon; 8x Hulk and 1x Hyperion.

Our 30-day term will commence once the two contracts for the collateral are completed.

It was very straightforward. Contracts accepted and Mr. Joint should be good to go.

I threw in a 2 day grace period on the repayment just to account for timezone differences or whatever could go wrong on the due date.

Mr. Joint contacted me today to let me know that he was ready for early repayment. He set up two private buy contracts with the correct amounts in exchange for the original collateral which I promptly accepted.

Our business is now successfully concluded. My compliments on the straightforward and professional manner in which this transaction was handled.
