I need a bit of background please. Does anyone have any text/info on any of the actual laws contained within the Raata Code or Caldari Corporate Law? It is proving fairly difficult to build a legal case when you do not know what the laws are.

Just to clarify, I am looking for the laws that govern inter-megacorporation interactions and the actions of Caldari government officials.

Ok after some Processing I couldn't find much. Some Veteran RPers will probably post later but I did find the Financial System as well as the all too popular Demographics of the Caldari State. I have known about these and thought they would contain some things. Though not as much as I would like too admit.

You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life.

The first rule of Caldari government is that there is no Caldari government.
The second rule of Caldari government is that there is NO Caldari government.

The only non-corporate assets the State has are the Chief Executive Panel (think European Council, but megacorps instead of states), the House of Records (which is strictly that) and finally, Corporate Business Tribunal, which is a body that investigates and solves intercorporate issues (but has no judicial power otherwise).

Everything else is probably down to contracts. You get people with the proper authority to agree, then it's legal. If the agreement is between different megacorporations, you go to CBT. Within the subsidiaries of the same megacorp, the parent mega will probably investigate. Within a faction, the parent megacorps may negotiate before taking it to the CBT. (Example: Hyasyoda has traditionally had their medical services bought from Zainou, an Ishukone subsidiary. When it looked like Zainou would lose the next contract, Ishukone CEO Mens Reppola went to meet Hyasyoda execs to secure the deal.)

Unfortunately, I do not know what kind of judicial tradition CBT follows to solve intercorporate issues.

See, it's that tradition that I'm looking for. Unfortunately, I have not been able to turn up much in the way of specifics other than that it is based off of the old Raata Code.
