ok its been a while since ive killed anyone so can someone tell me am i aloud to kill and pod suspects ?

Leave your green safety on and then just lock and shoot everything. It won't let you do anything illegal so you don't have to worry.

And yes, violence against suspects is always legal. Pods included.

The only time podding someone is different to shooting them is in lowsec (illegal anti-ship violence = crimewatch yellow card, illegal anti-pod violence = red card which means insta-CONCORDOOKEN if you enter highsec while the red card is still up)
