Why is it that even if you shoot the ship that they are killing you don't get the kill mail?
The reason i ask is because is i can flipped some guy, and 2 of his corp mates came after me, but little did they know that the aggression timer had just ran out and so concord killed them, but sadly.. i did not get the kill mail?

If you shot or aggressed them before concord killed them yes you'd get a killmail. If they shot you only no you won't get a KM, but they'll get a lossmail still.

Odd, i shot him but i did not get the kill mail :/.

Only the party delivering the kill shot gets the mail. Time your volley.

That's not true with concord. With concord it's the last party to aggress (ewar cycle, shoot, etc)

They spin ships at Jita 4-4 and brag about their kills all day long. But the CONCORD guys secretly feel inferior to Lukka's larger kill numbers, which they attribute to the fact that CONCORD can't pad their killboard with unprovoked noob-slaughtering.

Actually, it's the player that does the most damage that gets the killmail. For concord-whored mails with only one player on them, you would still be technically correct (since only one party aggressed).
