patch 1.1.3 update 1 issues 64bit xp corp

As usual i am having issues downloading patches and this patch being an incremental patch is not listed in the patch downloads section.

Please can you provide a download link for it and in future can you place them in a certain download section as this happens everytime i come to patch now.

Im beginning to think it would be easier for me to just drop all the apps i use on this pc and turn it solely into a win 7 machine for eve as this is starting to get annoying now.

funny, I'm using:
* not the default installation location. Its on the D:\ drive
* using (for years) /end /LUA:OFF (think this will sove the issue, settings and downloads to the game installation folder)

and never had any auto update issue in my XP x64 edition
