Estimated time on petition response ? Graphic problem

I have a petition open regarding a graphic problem 5 days ago. So far no interaction received. I'll copy the message here, maybe somebody has some solution to my problem.

"I have a problem with Eve starting on my Hp Notebook. If i select the onboard video card, it starts ok, with no errors.But game quality is low because of card limitations. If i select the Ati HD 6470 card, the screen flickers several times, and then it shows the desktop, with eve minimized to the taskbar. I can hear the sound from eve ( probably login screen), but if i click on eve in the taskbar it wont pop up. If i open task manager, it shows Eve running ok. If i start eve with onboard card (intel) and go to settings , i can only see this card in the select video card field. There is no HD 6470 there. I started the logserver and noticed that when the screen was flickering some red errors were created in the file."

Standard question: Did you update your video drivers?

Also upload the logserver file somewhere and give to them GM so he can look at the red entries;probably add the dxdiag file too. Apart from that, I can't help you :(

Drivers and Dx up-to-date.
Dxdiag and log file are uploaded in the petition file.
I believe this is not the first time they encounter such a problem. They should have a fast response. And i find the 5+ days without any response disrespectful.

Since Eve support is close to nonexistent, i found some kind of workaround. I start the game with the onboard card, then settings > windowed mode , close Eve. Then start the game with ATI HD dedicated card and play. This should work on other systems using intel onboard and ATI dedicated cards, since i found numerous players experimenting this problem on similar laptops. Of course , it is not a solution , but due to the lack of support, we are able to at least play the game this way

8 days since petition was created. Right now i am just curious when they are gonna reply. No need to fix the problem.
