You guys are funny.
Yesterday James 315 passed 2 hours bumping a russian in Osmon. Poor guy was screaming like a madman on local. Apparantly, James did not like his face.

Anyway, you guys are pretty bad at distinguishing bots than player, and your tendency to close shop if a Wardec hits you is telling on your place on the ladder.

We close up shop under wardec?

The last time I was aware of a 315-aligned corp being decced (the corp owning the POS we operate from in Gallente space), we defended it.

Well, we mobilized to defend it at least, the attack never came.

This was against a non-joke deccing corp that had 80 members, some activity, and (if their killboard was accurate) a medium level of competancy.

I support the New Order and CODE. alliance. www.minerbumping.com

We continue ganking whether we are wardecced or not.

Free clue: We are all -10 flashy red, and can be attacked with or without a wardec.

Second free clue: And we are here to enforce the code. Mining without a permit is also against the code.

Apparently you are getting your information about the New Order from butt-hurt miners. This is an error. We would be more than happy to answer your questions about the New Order.

James315 does have his main in a 1 man corp. Every time some miner tries to bypass the three trials needed to PvP him by paying for a wardec, he disolves and reforms that corp, and griefs the miner the cost of the wardec.

Join the New Order, buy your permit today, and follow the code.

Bots don't have faces, they are just computer programs.

"your tendency to close shop if a Wardec hits you is telling on your place on the ladder."

This mixed metaphor is quite confusing. Is the New Order a shopkeeper, or a rung on a ladder? A ladder owned by a shopkeeper? A shopkeeper standing on a ladder while he stocks the store? The best place for goods to be stocked in a store is at eye level, so with that mixed metaphor, the best rung on the ladder is ... none of them, you don't use a ladder to stock something that's 5 feet off the ground. So you're saying that the new order is a shopkeeper standing next to a ladder, and that miners are on the ladder and sometimes they fall off and suffer injury? Perhaps if you tried rephrasing your statement without so many metaphors, something like : "dec evasion should be nerfed so that the New Order can gank miners without losing their ships to concord". ? would you agree with that?

Can someone point me in the direction of the forum thread where shareholders vote? I did a search, but James 315 is simply everywhere!

If I do not find it, I want everyone to know that I bought a few shares. Furthermore, because I fully trust James 315, I have informed him to vote my shares as he sees fit.

I just wanted to contribute in some small way. After all, I have found a strong correlation between miners who cannot understand the code (or the need for mining permits) and players of my game who can not understand the rules.

I plan to continually invest a portion of my profits into the New Order.

Keep up the good work!

See Bio for isk doubling rules. If you didn't read bio, chances are you funded those who did.

The links to past shareholder votes and reports are here under business links.

When a shareholder vote is required ( usually one to decide where to base the gank fleet in the upcoming months ), James will mail the shareholders.

He also make periodic reports in "Market Discussions" here in the EvE forums.

I thought continuous bumping was considered harassment? or was this changed?

GM Karidor wrote:
On November 28th 2012, CCP Falcon created this thread on the Crime & Punishment Forum for the discussion of Miner Bumping with a view to clearing up any questions regarding the legitimacy of this type of gameplay.

The thread was closed on December 5th and the discussion regarding this tactic has been long and detailed. After speaking with Game Design and discussing the contents of the thread among themselves for quite some time, the GM Team has come to the following conclusion:

CCP considers the act of bumping a normal game mechanic, and does not class the bumping of another player’s ship as an exploit. However, persistent targeting of a player with bumping by following them around after they have made an effort to move on to another location can be classified as harassment, and this will be judged on a case by case basis.

We would also like to stress that if a gameplay activity is classified as being “within the rules” this does not mean that we endorse, sanction or back player activity. We simply see this as emergent gameplay that has occurred due to the nature of game mechanics.

As such, any players who have any notes to this effect within their in game biographies should remove words of this nature immediately.
They classified another area as more than x jumps from the initial encounter elsewhere in the bumping sticky at the top of this subforum, and if bumpers/gankers are doing the same to every other non permit holder in the same system, it's not classified as selective attention.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
