I think they spin a wheel, choices are

1) Burn Jita
2) gank someone
3) find random alliance and Blue them
4) shot 3 test and call it a war
5) collect free Isk from moons
6) Like every goon post on the forums
7) drooling contest
8) local spam contest
9) something aggedon

hisec is scary: normally when I'm there my eye will twitch upon an incoming gate fire...

my fingers will (unbidden) automatically lock targets and activate tackle

It is then that, inevitably, the green safety button reminds me of where I am, and I thank and curse CCP in the same breath.


But NOW, I can fly free! Safety red, every ship a valid target, pods to kill, freighters to loot.

I recently bought a character, who was a former goon and the mails were not deleted.
In one of those mails is written, that they will change their logo in the next two months. instead of a bee, there will be a giant Dinosaur in a suit.
