As the topic said .
What is your favourite coffee?

Mine HAS to be Mochacino.
The SMOOTH and light milky foam at the first sip , as your tilt down more and more the CREAMY and sweet coffee quench your taste buds in an avalanche of chocolatey goodness and PURE caffeine .
Have all the refreshing characteristics you'll expect from a cup of coffee , while bringing back memories of sitting in front of a fireplace in a cold winters day with a cup of choco and marshmallows.

SWEET SWEET Mochacino . Lol

What is your favourite coffee?

Coffee whiskey, obviously. Lol

Seriously, I am not a coffee drinker. Coffee is something I use in its instant form to stain milk and soak some cookies. Roll

Hand brewed, I mix the sugar into the coffee powder and then slowly pour boiling water over it. Oh, and about one quarter milk (because of tummy pain).

I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of the post above and sincerely hope you didn't waste your time reading it. Yes, I do feel bad about it.

Pretty regular filter coffee. Nothing extraordinary.

Put ~60-70ml tap water into a ~400 ml large cup, microwave to near-boiling point.
Add 3-4 full teaspoons of sugar first, and stir heavily to have all bubbles removed from the mix.
After that, add 2 super-full teaspoons of instant coffee (usually Jacobs Kronung) and stir gently.
Optionally, also add a teaspoon of either Nesquik cocoa mix, or any cappuccino mix, or both.
While gently stirring, gradually pour in ~270-300 ml of (usually 2%) milk, right out of the refrigerator.
Optionally, sprinkle it with a little bit of cinnamon powder.
= yummy "iced" latte

I tend to slow-sip my coffee lately (could take over 2 hours to finish it, alongside more than twice that amount of water in between coffee sips), and parts of the Nesquik mix tend to settle at the bottom if not occasionally stirred (which I don't like to do, even if a single stroke with a teaspoon every 15 minutes would do just fine, because I don't like to keep the teaspoon handy), so nowadays I usually skip it altogether.
The cappuccino mixes tend to stay in colloidal form, but it's not the same, so I mostly skip that too.

I've used that Mexican condiment for coffee that looks like a squared chocolate bar but grainy from the ground cinnamon. Yummy.

Also, some Latin Americans put salt in the coffee Shocked

Cappuccino

Milk, and espresso, made with coffee from my friends company (http://roastcentral.co.uk/), fresh ground and pressed in my espresso machine. Milk has to be full-fat, steamed into a light froth and just a shade under 70 Celsius.

Poured into my favorite cup, sprinkled with cinnamon and voila:
