I'd don't know... As long as people continue to reply to this thread, I consider it a win on my part for instigating them.

Because I some how made it so they felt compelled to waste their time on this thread. That is seconds if not minutes of their precious life they'll never get back.

The only way you can win this argument now is to never reply this thread ever again.

This is just timed so that CCP knows that they do not run this game. And like most sandboxes a cat has come along done its business and left what a cat likes to leave in sand. Sandbox is fine but CCP has to grow up and realise that as long as they are goons toys, they will never take this game to the extent the should have. Their sandbox has become nothing more than a goon litter tray.
Still averaging 40k people on after all this time... Gratz for maintaining it, but its time to clean the litter tray out. This game needs to change to expand. And leaving the cats leftovers in the bottom of the litter tray isn't attractive enough.

Still amazing that the goons still think they are so great after all this time. They don't seem to realise that they have becoming a running joke amongst gamers worldwide.

I love this game, and would love to watch it expand its playerbase dramatically, but serious changes need to be made.


I bet if we bottled your tears, we could sell them for enough isk to control all the Markets in High Sec.

IRL I'm an extremely beautiful woman. Sometimes I go seduce average men, all the while laughing inside that every second with me, is a second of their precious life that they will never get back. When I finally break it off with them, telling them that's it's for their own good, and the only way they can win is to never call me ever again, they become quite irrational. bottom feeding off the mass wreckage... funner than ratting null. found out about the new criminal theft timer the hard way, only cost me a slasher. billions of isk in heavy water and other stackable resources i couldnt really loot. 6 mil off the gank ships wrecks, beats trolling for locates..

Luckily, when ya'lls ADD kicks in I'll finally need to go to Jita for some stuff, which will be cheaper cause they haven't sold much due to your just awesome interdiction. Thanks for the fish...and isk.

Yes. One of the cultural aspects is also 'managing the attention' of the market. This is in part done by grandiosely announcing that you are going to do that and then doing it. It creates the impression that 'we could do this anytime we wished'. It's a kind of demonstration of projected power. It's a bit of an illusion since the organization could not maintain it and the action would suffer diminishing returns and be eaten by its transaction costs, but it is not entirely an illusion and serves many other purposes at the same time, internal and external to goon 'culture'... Or so it seems to me.

It is also of value to the market in a much broader sense. I have watched the live feed from time to time. In the brief times I have watched there has been a steady stream of people creating new characters and asking questions about the game, and this is only on one fairly limited channel of activity.
