Boston's Illegal Search & Seizure Violations

Man.. from reading all this i see alot of people who don't realize how much of a cluster **** watertown and other towns around boston truly are...

It also shows how informed people from out of state are too.. forced business closures? You gotta be kiddin me. Stores stayed open with overnight employees until their bosses told them to close and go home. To top that off people were out and about once the police and bomb squads deemed areas clear of possible explosives the guy was carrying. Nothing was forced upon anyone unless it was a clear danger for civilians to go outside and from what ive heard from my cousins and aunts in Somerville most people chose to stay inside and allowed the police to check their properties without even having the police search through exigent circumstances.

You see.. there's something about Boston and the surrounding area that many don't realize: When everyone here wants a man either dead or captured they'll do anything to get this to happen.

To top this off i watched the news and listened all week. Whoever thinks the Texas fertilizer plant incident wasn't aired is either insane or stupid. As i was at work when CNN went breaking news alongside ABC on our TVs about it and CUT from the Boston Marathon news. Only when the gunfight in Watertown broke out did all the news agencies go full bore on what was going on until the second brother was found. Even our local radio stations pulled AM radio news for everyone to listen in

Oh here's another note. You know how he was found? A woman reported a blood trail on her property and called 911. You act as though everyone had their liberties stripped from them and don't realize everyone wanted his ******* *** either in jail or drawn and quartered and pulled the entire length of the marathon

*Edit: Still waiting on those sources... you seem so certain of yourself I'm sure you have tons of them and obviously resisting the request makes you look like a politician trying to cover up the fact that he was wrong Straight

Refusing to play like a monkey for stupid people who say "about that proof" even when said proof is readily available, is a persons prerogative. Since so many of you claim ignorance of an entire days worth of media coverage, and since you refuse to work your little fingers to find even one morsel of readily available information

Here.

Heavily armed SWAT teams combed through homes near Boston on Friday in a massive manhunt for one of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects.

Right at the top and plenty more where that came from.

Just to add to my post above. Did you not READ the rest of your link???

But another example of an exigent circumstance is when further harm or injury could occur in the time it would take to get a warrant. The exception applies to this case, since Dzhokhar is believed to be armed and dangerous, the AP reports. It's entirely possible that he's planning to cause further injury to people.

Officers are also allowed to enter a home without a warrant to help an occupant in an emergency. That means it would be OK for police to enter a house to apprehend Dzhokhar and help a resident who is possibly being held hostage. In such a situation, the police can also do a protective sweep of a house for weapons and other evidence.
This rule of exigency has always been in effect for law enforcement agencies.

All of this would be over by know if that same army of cops did their job, and prevented what is basically a teenage kid from evading them all and disappearing into thin air. Helicopter pursuit anyone? No? Well ok... let's just raid the city instead.

You mean like saying **** the constitution we have a job to do?

Status of job, done or not done?

They caught the guy before he could escape, the terrorist is actually in custody outside of Guantanamo bay and not a single country in the world has the Damocles of the USA primed to invade.

Good call, exigent circumstances.

Ignore him. it's clear he doesn't understand what logistics are, what flight times are, or anything like that for that matter. He'd much rather blame the first responders like myself than anything else. He's a *****, pure and simple. And I still would have run in to save his ass.

So yeah. I admit, I haven't read the full thread, and I forgot about it after posting my request for sources so I haven't been keeping up with it either. Someone may have done this already.
But I'd like to just ask one thing.

Sources?

Turn on your TV genius. Straight

You are aware that there are countries that aren't the United States, right?
And you are aware that these other countries have different TV stations than you, right?
I assume yes, so when someone asks for sources, don't just assume that they're American and tell them to turn their TV on. Instead you could, oh I don't know, provide sources.
