heres how you do it.
1)fit an MWD
2) Find a juicy target
3) proceed to Dry Hump the living excrement out of your slow arse target
4) laugh in local as they can't warp (remember: if they can't align, they can't warp!)
5)????
6)Profit!

generally that works with orcas, freighters and generally larger ships. give it a shot at hulks and macks.

Back in 09 when I used to smartbomb Mackinaws in Abudban, some miner offered to pay me isk to warn him when I was going to make a run so that he could warp out of the belt and avoid helldeath. So I would just constantly lie to him telling him I was going to smartbomb and force him to pay me 50m for the tip. HEH

I know doing this as a griefing tactic is a petitionable offense(one of the few forms of griefing that are legit) but I wonder if it becomes legit it you do it for random....

Bumping for PVP (including highsec pvp and ganking) is allowable.

Bumping for Harassment is not allowable.

I've sent Orcas sailing 60km off into space using a fleet stabber equipped with an oversized MWD, while simultaneously killing the mackinaws he was protecting with shield reps or the option of docking the macks in the Orca.

This is allowable.

Repeatedly bumping a mackinaw or hulk to keep them from mining is not ok.

A good rule of thumb is that 1 or 2 bumps are ok, more than that and you are getting into dangerous waters.
