The fact that torpedoes just disappear after 45 kms from my Golem....

I mean why... there isint any water or air to slow thier momentum......
I've done some really stupid shit in this game.

Their rocket powered engines use up their fuel. Since theres no way to navigate to the target since you cant change direction any more the warhead disarms in case it floats into a friendly vessel which drifts into its path.

yey RP

..and you DO fly through space soup, a bit like air, you can see right through it, but its there, slowing you down.

In-universe Amarr Navy bittervets would like a word with people calling Jove "a myth". Those who are still in one piece, that's it.

Okay, but really, some things are much better as mysteries. Imagine Jove as exploitable game mech. So much for beings beyond human understanding.

Once I aligned to a planet in my cloaky ship and yes I went afk and came back to find I was dead and in a station. The reason was because I arrived at 0m to the planet and was decloaked by the planet and scanned down by enemies and podded.

Eve is not real..

as the moons and planets do not orbit
as the ships do not point in the direction they are accelerating
as the ships have a "top speed"
as the ships roll when turning
as the ships cannot point in whatever direction they want without changing speed or direction
as lights on ships and stations cause an odd glow near them even in the vacuum of space
as asteroids that are just a few kilometers from each other do not clump together under their own gravity (do the math: given their size and spacing it would take just a few hours).
as ships can slow boat inside the sun
as there is a never ending supply of persons to crew a pod pilot's ship, especially after they hear "Im going out for some PvP fun"
as NPC pirates actually go to a high sec belt
as there are no double stars
as all solar systems have their ecliptic plane exactly parallel to each other
as even though the galactic plane, thousands of light years away, is visible; a nebula 50 light years away disappears into the distance
as even though warp drive shifts you out of the universe sufficiently to allow flight through a planet a smartbomb still damages you even when in warp flight.

Add a couple to your list:

The smokestacks on some stations billowing fire and smoke into space

The wings on some ships such as the Gallente Shuttle (and if the purpose is to allow flying to a planet, I sure hope you don't plan to land on that tail fin)

The aerodynamic shape of ships designed to fly where there is no aer, err, air.

And why is there no ship that is spherical in shape? Wouldn't that be the most economical in terms of volume vs. materials?

The fact that I have a cloaking device and our ships maneuver as if in a medium rather than a relative vacuum means it's Science Fantasy.

THIS

Seriously. Chances are it would be easyer to pull off IRL than making them repair other ships like they do now...

Incursions - How long can Sanshas perform incursions before they give up or run out of pilots? Or do they have a never ending supply? One argument out of this is that Sanshas have clones just as all pilots in EVE so of course they can keep coming back but I never have seen a Sansha pod warp off after a ship is destroyed?

Of course others have already answered this, perhaps a more interesting question is what are their strategic objectives and why do they not adapt to the events in the area - Sansha Nation control at 0%, well perhaps a retreat would be in order rather than the Mothership simply sitting and waiting for a capsuleer force to get organised. Sansha Nation control at 100%, been that way for a few days? perhaps expand the front and begin to look for targets of opportunity before attempting to take sov (in high sec too).

I accidentally had my corporation closed on me as I was not CEO at the time only to warp to my pos on the day the corp was closed and find i was not be able to access it. After dt the pos and all modules had mysteriously vanished as well as my other pos in same system. If Concord removed my 'old corps' pos and all the mods I could understand this perhaps impounding the items would have made more sense. However it is a game mechanic that encroaches into the EVE universe that has no real explanation as to why the pos disappeared other than it was Dev handy work.

Part of the process of closing a corporation includes arrangments for corporate assets, including offices, starbases...etc. One cannot leave such navigational hazards unmaintained to become so much dangerous flotsam and therefore the responsible authority (CONCORD, the SCC, Pend Insurance, whoever it is) takes the POS down using the overrides assigned during the corp's closedown during the downtime period.

The Jove are a (once) human race, one of the oldest still extant in the cluster. They have a particular interest in genetic modification, advanced technology and have not shown themselves to be unwilling to meddle. Jove space is the area where they, most recently, had their empire and you cannot reach it because, some time ago, they blew up all of the stargates leading into their territory in an example of extreme isolationism. Arrangements for their own movement have been made and they allow a very small group of individuals access to these arrangements (though without knowledge of the technology behind it) for the purposes of the Alliance Tournaments.

The technology of the drones is perfectly adequate - though there is a technological block on your targetting system which prevents you targetting yourself and therefore issuing appropriate commands to the drone.
There is, of course, a game balance issue to consider.

Your Drake's systems are powered by a fusion reactor which is continually refuelled by gathering interstellar hydrogen (when it's not linked via umbilical to support systems in stations or SMAs). It's worth noting that the scoop which gathers that interstellar hydrogen is (according to Newton's laws of motion) going to create a significant drag factor on the ship.

Plausible comments.

Guess EVE does not have too many 'not real' things and with a bit of tweaking can be fixed..

The physics bothered me at first. When I complained I was told that the game physics model was supposed to mimic "tennis balls in water" instead of "ships in space". But every time I try to play with tennis balls in water they pop up to the surface. So I concluded I'm not bright enough to understand the physics, and I just shut up and kept playing.

Ice "asteroids" never deplete... but rocky asteroids, but grav sites, and planetary interaction resources do deplete/diminish... hopefully ice gets fixed soon.

To share bookmarks with non-corpmembers,
we need to "physically" share pieces of paper or whatever they are,
either via contracts, jetcans or the tradewindow, instead of some "electronical" way.

The fact that ... and i say that although i don't shoot miners, or especially because of that ...
... i can't blow up an asteroid, creating surrounding damage and blowing up everything around it.

Seriously, that's so unrealistic. -.-

How can scanning probes warp to any arbitrary point in a system but our ships cannot?

I can carry 100m3 in even the smallest frigate, but I cannot carry another pilot (like an alt) to another location.

I am only able to set up learning skills for 1 day in advance because...well just because.

I cannot eject from a ship if I have used any offensive modules.

I can automate very little 20,000 years from - especially the dscan which I have to keep manually pressing.

I cannot have a smart autopilot 20,000 years from now that will warp to 0.
