Booster Production Questions

I've been looking into doing booster production. After some research I've finally gotten the gist of the process, but am looking for some more information. So I have a few questions.

1. Booster reactions; I know the inputs and outputs. Do these only last one run? As in, one standard booster reaction produces 15 Pure standard Boosters (which then go to the BPO)?

2. Manufacturing locations; does production have to take place in a POS? I don't have a problem with that, but lower production costs etc. etc.

3. If a POS is required, does anyone have a POS set up that is efficient for these reactions? Or some guidance on the best way to set one up?

1. The final stage of booster manufacturing requires limited run BPC obtained from drug labs in drug gas cloud sites. You are probably best off just buying the BPC.

2. All stages of booster manufacturing require a POS. The final stage requires a drug lab. Drugs can only be made in 0.3 sec and lower.

3. Really depends on the stage of the manufacturing. See page 17, "Setting up a Production Line":

1. The reactions can be used unlimited.

2. POS as Tau said, our Nullsec Outpost.

3. I used a large Gallente Tower with 2 reaction lines and mixed weapon setup.
