I'm finally home!

First thing I had to do was relearn how to use the Digi-box. That says how much I actually watch tv.
Next step was to check the channels and I saw multiple comedies, the classic channel, the church channel, the sports channel, and 2 channels actually portraying the news.
The news showed nothing that was spoken of here. The kid was holed up in a boat and they had it surrounded by over a hundred police officers. He surrendered, everyone cheered, and all was good.

As For My "Genius"
If I was in charge of such an operation, I might think about a neat little trick that the black water mercenary group pioneered. It involved men with sniper rifles set up on small and fast helicopters. That would have taken care of the bad men with pressure cookers in short order. And before you say that you cannot make a shot off a helicopter do your homework, because they did and it was an impressive improvised tactic. To bad they were hung out to dry for political reasons.




But putting my amazing genius and tactical mastery to bed for a moment. A ******* helicopter in the sky is not some magic stroke of genius you tool. I'm sure the city of Boston had at least two on hand, one to stay aloft and a second to do so when the first refueled. They didn't because they are incompetent, unimaginative and ultimately stupid. Blackwater is now named Academi and they are still very much in business, and also you don't fire 7.62mm rounds from a helicopter into a crowd. That would deal with the bad men and the people behind them and the people behind those people

Bro.. explain how you get a helicopter airborne with these snipers and in position during a sudden and short car chase? It's ok to admit you have no clue what you are talking about, and simply talking out of your ass and/or trolling this tragic event.

I mean.. obviously they should have went with the 50 cali and hum-vees.. laced the city with bullets just to be sure they got him.. all so they don't end up knocking on your door, right? Damn those officers for not tackling someone potentially wearing a bomb jacket! UGH.. wait till bill-bob hears about this one down by the river. Lazy cops.. not being more dangerous just so I can have some peace of mind about my redneck liberties.. ahhh-uck-uck-nuk. AmIdoingthisright, bro?

I hear those lazy cops shut down every establishment except for one dunkin donuts. I lol'd when that popped on the news today.



As for cops being more dangerous, I always thought that if they did not wait until the madman was done shooting people before they stormed the castle (ya know weight until he is done) more lives could be saved. But that's just me. Call me crazy.

If only it had been there before... they may have seen him stumble wounded a few blocks from where the shootout was. Unbelievable incompetence that they lost him and had to raid unnumbered houses in the hours that followed.

The businesses had a choice in the matter. Some may have chosen to stay closed out of a sense of duty, others may have felt coerced into complying with requests to stay closed by the large police presence, and others may have thought it was a good idea to stay closed because of the public safety issues.

From what I've heard, 4 DDs (not one) chose not to comply with the request and thought it better to stay open and give away free coffee and food to the police.
