Would like to ask how many Lounge Lizards actually use Google+ and if they would please add the scc-lounge page to their circles..

Until there are some more serious writers available to submit material I will be posting findings and information there.

I wander into SCC from time to time, but the jackwagonry and circlejerkery can be tiring. Once in a while Bad Bobby shows up and it can get more entertaining. I really have never seen a single serious conversation happen there. It's a fantastic allegory for MD.

I think the name should be self evident. A lounge is for casual socializing, and the fact that its clientele is primarily MD people makes it MD relevant. There are actually quite a lot of non trader types that just hangs out and maybe pick up a trick or to regarding optimizing their business..

For any special needs either learning to trade or conducting business usually a new channel can be made and the relevant people can take their talks further in there.

If the lounge was only serious business it would be extremely dull.

To newcomers DONT BE AFRAID TO SPEAK UP.. We dont bite, unless you are into that kind of kinky..

Tonight was mostly a relaxed evening. Still a lot of talk about ICE and Odyssey ofc, and the occasional culinary remarks, and weird banter.

Tomorrow is EVE 10 year birthday, I hope we manage to break the 100 people limit and have a blast of a birthday party.

Also a small head up on tomorrows "Flight of 1000 rifters"..

Yeah, new traders should certainly pay attention. The channel is a good resource for news, trends, gossip and just folks that hang out with. Lots of traders are sort of solo, SCC can help.

So another night went with a lot of talks and Odyssey speculations. Now with the new intel on the BS mineral changes and SISI having numbers things are heating up..

Ofc the Gnosis price movements will be interesting to follow..

The topic of the day is still the big chaos fo Odyssey..

We now went live with the DUST puppies, and there are some nice plans on how the new blood will integrate into EVE economy..

Also the Socks Four renaming is about to become official, now there is even a forum thread over at the DUST forums. :)

Well that really does not cover Drop suit and hitech boots? How are we on heavy weaponry and tactical explosives?

Maybe a hood/helmet rule would surfice? Cool I dont think they can take those off..

Given that I've got channel admin it's certainly not the first. And unless you're trying to join on an alt, I don't see you on the ban list.
