Witnessed 3 freighters/jump freighters do this already today. I also witnessed it in Luminaire fight... CCP doesn't ban for it.

they don't see log on traps as an exploit why would they see this as one.

That's a Templar, an Amarr fighter used by carriers.

Why would they? Its not your fault the population of a system requires you to respawn out of it.

Then they would have to remove the option to respawn somewhere else and either write a means to keep you from respawning somewhere with aggression. This would then require them to setup up a queue that you would wait in to respawn back into Jita.
