The SO got a new TV with a console and apps and video on demand and all that crap. That changed some things.

But having that video on demand stuff gives her the wild idea that i like to watch movies with her a lot (wich i dont, just watching a movie bores me to tears and i dont watch tv at all)

So recently i got me a new laptop, a nice T430s with the addtional bay battery which gives it quite some stamina.
What happens now is that the SO wants to see some movie (usually something semi-interesting, she isnt really into chick flics) and asks me to join so she can cuddle on my side.

well. so far she was always sound asleep before the battery got below 75% while playing eve Big smile

Ha ha! I was just thinking of that movie this morning. Footage on the news of a block-long line of police cars going to the bombing suspect's house. Followed by two public transport buses full of cops. A serious situation, but still, it reminded me of the horde of cops in the Blues Brothers. What a great movie! Smile

We'll probably revisit it every few months since it seems to be a fun topic that none of the other podcasts want to touch. At least the EVE based ones.
