my require is here:

all 4 A C M G ship skill level 5, some of the T2 ship skill V like recon

good gunnery and missile skill ( all gunnery and missile support skill must V)

good support skill ( navigation engi electronics and drone)

better with good carrier ( all A M G ok but not C)

i have current 30bil for the budget and if ur pilot is good i can rise it
