One of the artifacts of this year's elections is that since the aggregate results are released (ie: "there were X ballots that listed candidates A,C,E,F,B,... in that order") it is possible to reasonably verify performance by simply requiring that all the votes list a precise sequence of candidates that has the lower-order candidates in an order that is unlikely to occur in regular voting.

I would recommend that any serious vote buyer require such a performance guarantee.

As a non-serious vote buyer, I am happy to place a opening bid of 1 ISK per vote. And before you express outrage at how cheap I am, permit me to remind you that you've already established you're a vote-selling whore; at this point, we are just haggling over the price... Twisted
