Hya Devs,

missed a spot when announcing that the test server is back on Sisi. spent all day uninstalling and redownloading buckingham to find out that it was moved back to sisi, might want to announce that again in the test server linkies http://community.eveonline.com/download/?s=singularity

is buckingham supposed to be seeded cos im on it but i have no test sp and no seed :CC was so happy i got on i thought id have whole universe to play with..
