Because there is a need to dec goons? You can freely shoot them without the need of a wardec all the time without CONCORD ever intervening.

For the low price of 500 mill, I can tell you how.

How about you guys do something REAL: pick a constellation, and enforce your OWN rules: no miners, no passage without fees, no POS without fees. But no... it's easier to shoot non-destructible objects with ammo that doesn't deplete. You guys are awesome. This (once again) has "win" written all over it.

Ok, so at first I was skeptical. I mean, 'have sex with 40 women in 4 days'. 'date EVERYONE', and 'find ugly horny women in your area', just sounds too good to be true. But I clicked all the adverts, I'm making 7 figure salary, and I get 10 marriage proposals a day. Goodstuff.

I think you place far too much value and interest at your feet. The only ones who will care are the ones who have nothing else to do or are entirely too high strung. Most of the rest of us "pubbies" actually have better things to do. But if it will make you feel better...
