I was looking in the item database for information on Tech II mindlinks. The database doesn't mention them, as far as I could find. Eve Central lists them as on the market.

This isn't the first time recently I've looked for information in the item database and found it lacking. Is there an up to date version somewhere that I'm not seeing? If it's acknowledged to be out of date, is there a plan to update it and an estimated completion date?
