Why bother?

Most HiSec Carebear corps make poor targets having minimal PvP skills and are little challenge even if they don't stay docked / disband. PvP encounters should be a challenge or whats the point?

Plus HiSec smells funny.

Your definition of "nerf" is rather biased. Carebears get nerfed too. Don't make up definitions when perfectly good ones already exist.

The original term 'Nerf' refers to foam-based weaponry and sports equipment that was designed & modified to be safer to use and prevent injury.

So let me get this straight: in order to convince CCP to stop nerfing hisec & making life easier for carebears, you want to deliberately induce as much whining and complaining from carebears as possible, which will have the inevitable outcome of CCP revisiting wardecs to reduce the capacity for dec-griefing?
