Yes, the Nidhoggur is sporting some fancy polished steel at the moment, this will not stand.

Both the Hel and the Nidhoggur was published to the Singularity build in between texture updates and are both unfinished on Sisi at the moment.

Hopefully you guys can make the final textures / shaders more like those on the Nomad (super matte/rusty looking) rather than those on the Rag / Nag (which still look way too reflective IMHO).

please no more rust, The Matari have past that phase in their dvelopment, they can build proper ships now.

I hate to say it, but the rust is part of the Minmatar's charm. They're a scrappy people who design and put ships together using materials they have on hand. Besides, they can make epic, beautiful ships, even with the rust--just have a look at the new Tempest and Vargur. Beautiful.

I cant trust it if theres no rust! Same with the new Tempest / Fleet Pest / Vargur (on TQ). And the Nado to a lesser extent.

Vargur is t2 and thus should be well put together, I believe there's a CCP quote saying something similar as well.

getting minmatar ships right seems to be quite tricky :D
the niddy armor plates are looking way to big atm, if you ask me.

any word on the launcher positions on the talwar, as discussed in winter 12?

So, why exactly did the polished steel nidhoggur get pushed to live servers today? Thought it was going to be fixed?
