To everyone who isnt Noh or Seriphyn

I am not proud of some of the things I said in this thread. This has been a very deeply emotional time for all of us. At times, we are simply not going to "make sense" to outsiders, because they are outsiders. That does not make it acceptable for me to purposely insult the Federation as a whole. I am sorry.

Recognizing when one needs to step back, analyze and (possibly) apologize is important, I commend you for that.

I cannot express my dismay at seeing the discourse played out through this thread, though I recognize that perhaps it is good it played out, for now we can gain further understanding of one another.

As you have expressed an apology, I will refrain from mounting a defense to your earlier points. If we wish to discuss them, we may do so privately and constructively.

I'd like to point out what transpired is atypical in the relation that exist between the Federation and Republic. Just a few days ago in a joint operation with our allies, or as I like to refer to them as "brothers in arms". A Minmatar and Gallente joint task force was able to capture Enaluri.

Many thanks to those in the operation.

It was a stressful time all around, especially for Sebiestors.

I'm kind of curious what prompted this outburst on Inhonores-haan's behalf, though. He seems to be taking something a bit personally...

I believe it was prompted by his near pathologicial inability to display empathy.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

Id rather be "not very bright" than an easily forgotten, utterly irrelevant nonfactor and crackpot.

That's fortunate! I wonder if it would be worthwhile to point out to someone who was even less bright than they were five minutes ago that mentioning "utterly irrelevant nonfactor crackpots" by name works out as: point, crackpot.

Or rather two points, crackpot. Isn't this fun!?

But far be it from me to remain purely critical. I do adore your "I rub totems" routine. Come to think of it, I'm a shaman myself in another life. What a small multiverse it is. Lightning bolt! Lightning bolt!

I am sure this will sound odd coming from me. But several people to whom I held some regard have disappointed me by their tone and tenor.

From what little I know of Midular’s time as Chief Executive in what was once the Republic, she didn’t do that bad of a job. Especially considering the near ruinous policies of the current regime. Too bad she was rewarded with ouster and recrimination by many who now wail her name.

But politics aside, if she is to live I wish her a full recovery, if she is to die then I wish her peaceful rest.

Maybe...maybe I'm missing something here but...is this an example of the capsuleer dementia that I've been warned about or are you just simply in need of psychological assistance?

Noh is an insane, perverted old crone who tries desperately to appear relevant by making all sorts of provocative (and quite self-indulgent) posts. Ignore her and she'll soon enough slink back underneath the slimy treacle-covered bridge from whence she sprang.

Oh and Noh, sweetie darling, don't strain your limited mental faculties by attempting a retort to this post. You see I, like no doubt countless others, have blocked you and will never see it.

Good day and here's hoping you catch some excruciatingly painful disease that ends your miserable existence posthaste.

When the world is running down, you make the best of what's still around.
