I've been looking around and the latest release of CPI, PPI, etc was back in November 2012 with this dev blog:

Does anyone know whether there is a more up to date release? And if not, does anybody know what the formula for calculating the indices?

CCP likes to release a lot of information during fanfest... I'd check during that for more info.
