NPC corp 11% tax no war dec. Risk vs. reward. Decs are the risk you take joining a corp. Rewards are lower taxes, corp hangers logistically very useful etc.

90% of of the time my posts are about something I actually find interesting and want to learn more about. Do not be alarmed.

Next time you want to make an argument, please do so in a way that won't be painful to read. Seriously, your shift key exists for a reason, as do all those buttons to the right of the letters called punctuation. Also, spell check is your friend. I'm not sure your grammar can be saved, though.

If troll, decent writing, but tired subject matter. Find something new.

As for what I think you're saying, war decs aren't too cheap. I wouldn't object to some sort of sliding scale to prevent small noob corps from being run over by griefers, but I don't think there's anything CCP could do that people couldn't work around. Here's a suggestion: instead of begging for a massive change to the wardec system because something bad happened to you, try asking for help and advice.

First of all, for just 11% of your mission earnings, NPC corps to hide in.

Second of all Wars are a cornerstone of Eve, some people use them for fun, others to wipe out the competition. It keeps everything flowing nicely.

LOL.... in my opinion there should be no charge at all for a war-dec.... this is eveonline, after all.... we don't give away relaxing massages for free in this game....

That said, there should be the ability for "defending" corps to make an appeal to concord for a price and have concord still respond but at a slower speed depending on the price paid.... kind of like insurance.... pay platinum... concord responds relatively quickly... pay basic, condord "get's around to it".

The simple fact of the matter is this: this game involves PVP... consensual or not... this is the model. If you want all reward with no risk, even in high-sec, then you're playing the wrong game.
