according to ccp rules you cannot sell accounts, so how much time you have subscription is irrelevant.
also ccp rules state that you need to confirm with the toons that are currently sold.
i smell 3x suspended characters that have limitations enforced on them(negative wallet and the lack of possibility to transfer)

agreed, have already reported looks like either a scam, RMT or soemthing of the sort, as he wouldn't post with the toons DO NOT BUY ANYONE

In this case they did and you didn't.

As per Character Bazaar Rules:

1. The 'For Sale/Auction' post must be made by the character being offered. This is being added to prevent scams for characters that have been misrepresented, banned, non-existent, etc. An exception to this rule is if multiple characters are being offered by the same person. You are allowed to include the selling information for all characters in a single thread provided that you prove your ownership of the characters by having them confirm the sales in the thread. All other rules apply normally to the character sale.


I other words, you make a thread with one of the characters for sale, and the other characters you are selling have to post in that thread as well to confirm they belong to you and are for sale. This is mandatory.

Please open a new thread when you still want to sell your characters. And I urge you to this time follow the Character Bazaar rules to the letter.
