Also, the title is actually "Vicious Old Queens", but for some reason the promo shortens it to just "Vicious".

Intriguing that it may move to being an American production as well. Who on Earth in America to cast ???????? Is anyone brave enough? Any elderly comedic American actors out of the closet ? (racks brain).

Looks pretty good. But writing it might get a bit stale after a while.

I do enjoy seeing serious actors like Ian McKellan doing comedy roles though, they carry it off so well.

hmmm interesting ...i new Mckellan was ....but was suprised to find out jacobi is too ... not that it makes the slightest bit of difference as the are aguable two of the finest british actors of thier generation imo

I myself was in a car directly behind him during the San Francisco Pride Parade in 2002, the summer after "LOTR:FotR" came out.

He was the Grand Marshall that year.

I was not sure about Jacobi myself but his Wiki ends with:

"In March 2006, four months after civil partnerships were introduced in the United Kingdom, Jacobi registered his civil partnership with Richard Clifford. They live in Primrose Hill, north London."

I remember watching him on "I, Claudius" in 1976.

Not sure tbh, I just remember 7-8years ago he said he was celibate. Might have changed his mind though.
