Some clients have written thank you notes and expressed their amusement at the attempts to goad them into showing their faces by labeling them cowards. The general response has been positive. One client simply said: "Thanks, Quaid. Working as intended."

With every aspersion you cast at them, my clients seem to be more satisfied with the service I've provided, so I encourage you to continue. Please.

Why should anyone care about being labeled a coward as long as there is no face or name to affix said label to? It seems like an utterly empty deterrent.
