I don't seem to be able to log into either of my old alts, I keep getting the message that the acct is expired, or banned.........of course it's expired, havn't played it in 4 years, hehe.
Is there a way, to get into it?.......at the moment, I can't even pay to re-start it, even if I wanted to
just want to check it, see what skills it had, etc

anyone have any ideas?

there is 4h activation options ...if that don't help you hen write petition to ccp GM master
