Yeah sorry about that, I gave my members a chance to gain a 20% commission on the sale of our WH and gave them this forum post to use in their links in local spams.

Sadly they made their own threads before I could do anything about it.


This WH is definitely for sale and has these assets in it

Beautiful Home, this C3 has the ability to net about 15-20bil a month income and even more if you use the planets for PI

You can do virtually all PI inside the WH save for a few that require Ice or Oceanic planets

Reason this WH is for sale is because we are moving to bigger better things in EVE and the WH doesn't fit into those plans
It was a nice home for over a year.

If the caps where not there and the price was lower I would of probably had it off you already, on the basis we dont need the capitals they are a bit of a waste really...

hmmm i wonder if you have read the forums lately ( last few months i mean )... several wormholes better than this one have sold for just a little over the insurance prices of the capitals they had inside... are you really expecting to get 20 bils for this one ?

Just a quote for those who are wondering

Tower+mods+ammo = 600mil (probably more)

Thanatos = 1.3bil

Rorq = 2.5bil

9x POCS = 250milx9 2.25bil

So I am sure others have fire sold for less but the bare min value of this WH is 6.65 bil

Adding in the cost of effort spent to terraform the WH plus the transfer of the POS and all mods to a dummy corp for transfer upon sale, anything between 10-20bil definitely sounds reasonable to me.

Those who sale at just over insurance are just in a hurry to offload their asset, if that were the case for me I would have blown up the capitals and salvaged them.


Now that is out of the way,
This WH is a nice home for any budding alliance, great place for a raiding pvp crew to hit low/null/W-space systems on a whim. The PI has the ability to provide at least 1bil a month per toon, the sites can offer upwards of 15-20bil is/month income


Still no bids as of now

Opening reserve is still at 5bil for bidding w/ a 20bil buy out.
