No ****, it's getting kind of irritating now :/ I can understand CCP were going to have issues with the prize payment, but I didn't expect it to take over 5months.

I'm not entirely sure why anybody is expecting a payment still?...

The company offering the prizes has gone into liquidation. They money will go to debtors and then staff and finally the directors will pilfer whatever they can. They will have absolutely ZERO interest in paying out some competition prize money.

Whether CCP try to offer something as a replacement is up to them i guess, but the lesson here is to make sure prizes are put into holding BEFORE the event even starts. I can't see the NEO ever happening again now as it should be boycotted, and rightly so.

Doesn't matter Nova, e-mails were sent out asking for our bank details AFTER own3d went under. This means that CCP are still paying the prizes, this is why we're expecting it.

As for getting the prizes, I might do a daily journal about how my life is getting worse until i get paid, people interested? :P

Ofcourse i'm expecting payment, because prizes were stated. And why for the love of god ccp has entered in parnership with pre-bancrupcy company. Don't care who's paying i just want my money.

I've been trying to get everything set so that our finance department could pay all of the prizes at once and save them a headache. It is appearing more and more like that plan was probably wishful thinking, especially considering the overlap of the CSM elections.

Rest assured that everyone is going to receive their prizes. I will likely be doing a round of prizes with everyone who has given me information that is correct and is what was requested in their mails to me. I will then be sitting down to work through any special cases with everyone else (likely immediately after fanfest).

So thinking about it logicaly and when you are making a bank payment for example from your personal account. Paying out all the people should take what 3 hours max of inputting details, Including posting t shirts and the like. I don't understand why somthing has to be continuously be put off. Don't blame CSM elections on why this has been delayed. The CSM elections were already planned and NEO was months before. This should have all been realisticaly finished with 1 week after the neo finished. As soon as the final's finished everyone should have been told right email payment details now or you won't be getting your prizes. This is incompetance at it's highest level, to put it in eve terms it's like asking somone that is doing nothing to quickly put up a pos and them delaying it for a week for no reason whatsoever, it usualy ends up with them just being insta kicked if i'm in charge. Why somthing like this can go on. if this were to happen anyhwere else apart from 100% online managers everywhere would be going ballistic.

This is not alright. We're waiting on our prizes 5 months, which when compared with the prizes of other online games are ridiculous. CCP Dolan, i guess prizes will come after summer expansion, and after that, after winter expansion ?

I have nothing more to say here, this is big disappointment.

Ok, next thing im gonna do, is to ask nicely every member of all good known PVP teams from earlier tournaments to boycot any further tournaments that you ppl organise. Because clearly its not about being hard to make payment, its about you being awfully rude.
