400mb patch... what's in it?

Hi, I just noticed that after copying the TQ build, the SISI patch required 400MB. What are the relevant changes? Just capital graphics? Or is there something else to be tested?

They actually decided to make the Dominix an actual potato.

395 Megs of it is the new Potato Graphics Hull.

build contains Capital V3, V3 hangars and some balancing.
