They don't do anything. You pay for their trip(s).

The real problem is CCP management. They want 'Castle Wolfenstein Goes To Space'.

Is that what WE want?

Yeah the pack is pretty meh this year. None of them have really made me feel like they could get anything done, and none of them really convey leadership qualities.

Be the change you want to see in the world.

Or sit on the sidelines, do nothing, and throw peanuts at the people who do. The rest of us will just move on without you.

I don't know.

Maybe you should vote for someone that can communicate that to CCP.

Also. This thread is going places.

Who cares about CSM?

People who don't remember it was instituted as a distraction from T20 and maintained as a PR stunt.

And roleplayers, apparently.

Indeed. We should all just post our suggestions on GD.

I like the CSM very much, because the low- and nullsec candidates talk about their problems and how to fix it.
As a person, who never entered low/nullsec very often, it is a chance to get deeper into the game.

I can also impress my corporation with quoted words from interviews, so i sound very intelligent and up to date.

Comparing number of CSM elections and RL elections I voted in it seems I care more about spacepixels.

Don't care about any CSM, past, present, or future. Too lazy to read through all the propaganda. Besides, like all politicians, 99% of what they spew on their promises never gets done anyway.

CSM in a nutshell:

Produce a whole lot of words, pretend they mean something, go to Iceland, produce some more words, give a few empty promises, release a few low tier token features,, pat each other on the backs, call it a success, claim the CSM is important and if you don't support it with your vote you hate EVE and should just quit.
