Hi, as a follower of the New Halaima Code of Conduct and a permit holder let me just say, welcome! New Order space is gank-friendly as you know. I can be found in Abagawa most evenings after 20:00 EvE time. It's a 0.6 system and should give you lots of time to "do work." Or if you want to meet somewhere else feel free to mail me a location. I'll do everything I can to help you guys work out your bugs.

First, your corp name sounds like you are part to NO, and not an anti-NO group. Maybe this is intentional to confuse permit holders? I hope so.

Second, how does your scout totally miss the fact the retriever had no pro-NO bio?

Third, it's amusing you think you "won" by using 5 Cats to gank an untanked Retriever (or even a tanked retriever for that matter). Did your scout even have a ship scanner?

Fourth, how does an AFK pod escape after 7 minutes? Are you so easily distracted by a "win" a chimp could have pulled off?

Fifth, it sounds like the second miner you ganked also was not a permit holder. Where's the failmail? Hopefully you didn't use 5 Cats that time. Do you have the attention span or learning ability of a coked up ferret?

Not sure if serious, but would recommend as a "how not to" guide.

So let me get this straight, you head out looking to kill one of our permit holders, but end up helping to enforce the Code by kershblammo-ing an illegal miner? That is a classic. Just join us brother, and get your gank catalysts for free.

Highsec is owned by players now. Systems 0.5-1.0 are New Order Territory. All miners and other residents of Highsec must obey The Code. Mining without a permit is dangerous and harmful to the EVE community. See www.MinerBumping.com
