Cant log onto Singularity

Hello everyone i know im probably the odd one out here but...
i came back to each about a week and a half ago and when i try log onto singularity it says i need a new subscription

im not sure why its doing this i know the answer to why is somewhere but im just stumped.

can anyone help me here...?

When you're playing on Singularity, nothing you do affects your Tranquility character, obviously, because everyone is playing on a copy of their character taken from the Tranquility database. CCP updates/copies/mirrors the database of characters about every 2-3 months from the TQ server over to Singularity.

The latest copy of TQ was taken on March 20th, so if your character was not active on or before that date, it will still show as inactive on Singularity. You can, however, request your character to be re-activated in this thread , but your char's state will be the same as it was on the 20th. They're currently working on a system for automatic re-activation so you may have to wait a while.

I see, i have since done that however now my character is the same as it was before i subscribed again so on singularity my character is now as it was in 2012

also do the skillpoints awarded for testing stuff on singularity get awarded to your TRANQUILITY character?

No they don't. You get to use them on SISI for a few months and can still train up as well.
