The New Order of Halaima is now expanding into the exciting field of AWOX mining crime enforcement!

Have you always wanted to be a highsec hero, but were afraid of having a low security status?

Fear no more! Become that heroic player you have always wanted to be. Become Awoxiclese!

My good security status scout alt, was, within 10 seconds(!) of using the in-game corporation recruiting tool, able to begin hunting mackinaws with his fearsome and mighty Thrasher!

And no CONCORDOKKEN to deal with! You don't even have to join CODE. .

If you have never considered AWOXing as a means to control unruly mining criminals, please contact us at minerbumping.com, or in the minerbumping chat channel today!

Join the New Order, buy your permit today, and follow the code.

Awoxiclese was a famous judge in ancient Greece known for his honesty and strength of character. The name eventually migrated to Rome, where it became Avoxius and another person carrying it became famous for his honesty in dealing with his fellow citizens.

Truly a great name with a proud heritage.

I think this thread is an admission that ganking is lame, boring and unprofitable.

Lol
A hundred years from now people start digging through the history of the name/word/term "awox" and be left shaking their heads in dismay and amusement.

Contraire, mon Ami.

Anyone who joins our enforcement actions as a Knight has their ship costs fully compensated by willing volunteers who donate billions. Any tears or scavenged loot is just extra.

AWOXing is an added pleasure for scouts who do not wish to lower their security status.

...says somebody who probably never tried it.Big smile

Also use of the word "unprofitable" implies a fundamentally flawed ideology. Making isk is probably the worst possible reason to do anything in this game.

Also, AWOXing is fun.Big smile

No, doing something because someone else told you that you had to do it or you can't play is the worst possible reason to do anything in this game.

Right there I suppose.Smile Making isk is #2 on the list of terrible reasons for deciding how you want to play, I suppose. I can work to make money in real life, but I can only make spaceships explode in video games (so far).

Furthermore, you have the descended Order of the Knights Awox that was quite well known during the darker times of our history. A group dedicated to bringing light, happiness and justice to our crumbling society.

AWOXing is highly profitable for new players if you either honor ransoms, or make people believe you intend to honor them.

If making ISK is your goal and you are new to the game and low on skillpoints, look for opportunities to ransom the corp Orca or an exhumer. You can make more money from one good haul than you would from three hours of missioning.

Well.. Since it's usually a matter of "do what they tell you or you can't play with them" and you choose to play with them, likely for the isk making potential they offer in return... the initial post stands.

Luckily for the target corporations, there are many ways to recoup any lost isk pretty easily. For instance, if they can read English, they could play my game. Sadly many corps who lose to awoxers also fail at simple rules of games as well.

See Bio for isk doubling rules. If you didn't read bio, chances are you funded those who did.

Discussing a possible AWOX competition with some of the Belligerent Undesirables community now. Would be great to embark on a shared event with the New Order.

???

Having trouble following your logic. Who is telling you that you need to do what they tell you to play with them, so that you can make isk? You have totally lost me.

A good Awoxer can make hundreds of millions of ISK.

When your 3 day old Catalyst or Thrasher alt has their Orca in structure, they will pay you. And you can even demand they give you a medal before you leave corp.

Just don't dock up or the fun will end too soon!

"doing something because someone else told you that you had to do it or you can't play is the worst possible reason to do anything in this game. "

No one can tell you you can't play the game. At best, they can tell you you can't play the game with them any more.

If you do what they told you to, you're not doing it because they told you to. You're doing it because you want to keep making money with/off them. Therefore, when you do something because someone else told you to, you're probably just doing it for the money. So "Making isk is probably the worst possible reason to do anything in this game". It's the driving force behind doing something you don't want to, because someone told you to.
