*EDIT* Looking for a PVP/PVE pilot. Nothing extraordinary, I'll take any displaced "wasted sp" toon that needs an active owner. I would start a new toon but under better guidance I was directed to try my luck here first.

Frigate 5 or on the way towards a BS. Lasers or Guns would be great.

My starting budget is 3-4B so anything this price range would be ideal.
