Proposed elimination of the Corporation Management Skill Tree

For the most part the Corporation Management skills pretty useless and as wasteful as the old learning skills. I'd propose removing the ones involving the size and make up of the player's corporations and to remove the caps they tied to. Take the useful skills in that tree and move them to more logical places.

Starbase Defense Management to Gunnery
Diplomatic Relation to Social or Leadership

Empire Control
Megacorp Management
Sovereignty
