Why not make SC able to dock at certain outposts?

i am all for the new balancing of super caps as i feel the game "broken" in the current state.

As i understands it SC will not be able to use small drones to defend itself against tacklers. Also they wont be able to deaggro and log off in similar matter as they did before.

This limits the role of SC alot and its not viable to bind a character (account) to a SC anymore. Sure titans are still a huge investment and to have a dedicated titan account is still viable.

Why not make SC able to dock in for example certain outposts models? the gallente outpost surelly has the model making it "logical" for SC to dock in them.

The SC could always be ejected outside of docking range. if the ships undocks at full speed and outside docking range the inertia would "prohibit" docking games with SC somewhat.

limiting it to only a handfull outposts would prohibit massing SC to be docked up all the time. Also it could be a costly outpost upgrade that makes it possible to dock SC and it could be destroyed making it impossible for the SC to redock?

well at first the whole idea that to have a sc you need another acc is somenthing that was too greed to begin with, why to use a ship in game i'm forced to pay a second subs?
That said i'm not convinced of the opportunity to make sc able to dock, i would prefer a new module for a pos that let you dock a super inside the forcefield that remove the possibility to bump it out and the introduction of a password (like a secure cargo container) to board the ship and undock.
The sc docked is vulnerable once the forcefield is destroyed so if someone attack the pos and succesfully remove the ff he can attack the titan like it was a pos module.
