I need an ECM Scorpion fit for use in High Sec. I'll be with one or two DPS ships. I can't use a Kitsune or Falcon unfortunately.

TIA.

Highs:

4 X cruise
Remote hull repper
Remote armour repper

Mids:

Best named ecm mids all 4 races
1 best named multspec
1 remote ECCM
Cap booster with charges
100 mn mwd (best named)

Lows:

2 X 1600 RT
DCU
EANM

Rigs:
1 ACR
1 ECM boosting rig
1 players choice, I liked a pump to boost armour hp

This is a fleet support scorp I ran.

High reasoning:

the reppers in highsto rep your friends. They will need the ACR rig to fit all this stuff. Also why the cap injector

MId reasoning:
Jams for obvious reasons. If you know fleet comp ahead of time....stack the jamming deck with say 3 gravimetric if its a sayy drake fleet in bound. If not, aobve rainbow gets your basic coverage.
Remote eccm to give someone anti ecm boosts.

Lows:
Armour tank to not die as fast, frees up mids to do e-war

With only dps fleet, you will probably need you own tank. Unless your friends are crap hot or aren't expecting to be overrun jam wise....player choice to go for tank by jam and run no actual tank imo.

I haven't flown 1 in a long while. Going by memory...

Hi-slots
4x Cruise Launcher II. Caldari Missiles, your flavor
2x Large Neuts

Mid-slots
2x Caldari BZ-5
2x Minmatar Enfeebling Phase
1x Gallente Hypnos
1x Amarr Umbra White Noise
100mn MWD
Phased Navigation Target Painter

Lo-slots
1600 Plate T2 is best
Damage Control II
2x Signal Distortion Amp II

Rigs
Particle Dispersion Augmenter I
Targeting System Subcontroller I
Ionic Field Projecter I

Drones
5x Warrrior II
5x Vespa EC600

Meta 4 Jammers are Best. They fit better and do the same job
Fit your jammers *in order*. Always the same order, so you know what race is where. They are color coordinated as well, per race. I use 2 Caldari and 2 Minmatar, because of most opposing fleet make ups.

Launchers are for km whorring mostly, your job os not DPS.
You DO want to fly a Scorp at range! Range is your friend. 100 to 120 out is optimal.

This could be way outdated, but maybe its a start for a fit you really want. XL ASB fit may be the way to go these days.

Edit here:
I used to run a long point on my Scorps, and when someone tackled my, I tackled them right back. Most times they would run away, and I never actually got a kill doing this, but I came close several times.
More recently, I warp off and avoid getting tackled. A dead Scorp is worthless, but a Scorp that has warped off, and is on its way back is very usefull.

Why not use Blackbirds? You could outfit a bunch of them and place them in stations around where your enemy calls home and really cause headaches for them for the price of one Scorp.

Besides, Scorpions look bad on loss mails to hisec corps Ugh
